Tricia is a Partner who specialises in Court of Protection and Compensation Protection Trusts/Personal Injury Trusts and has over 15 years of experience dealing with clients who lack the mental capacity to deal with their own property, financial affairs, and the complex issues and decisions that may be required following the decline of a person’s mental capacity. Tricia specialises in managing compensation awards for clients who either have a Deputy appointed through the Court of Protection or whose award has been settled into a Compensation Protection Trust/Personal Injury Trust and is managed by Trustees.
