Tracy was the third ever female president of the Society and has been a committee member for nearly three decades.
Tracy heads the Injury Division of RWK Goodman, is a member of the Executive Board and a lead director of Withy King Trustees Ltd; in these roles she contributes to the strategies of the division, trust corporation and firm.
Specialising in clinical negligence claims of maximum severity, specifically neurological and paediatric cases, Tracy has recovered in excess of £60,000,000 in compensation for her clients.
Tracy is regularly appointed as the professional deputy by the Court of Protection in high value litigation settlements. She is also instructed by external firms to provide expert reports for the court on the lifetime costs of deputyship.
Tracy chairs the firm’s Wellbeing Committee and, in the recent past, was nominated for the Women in Law awards. She is also the co-creator of the Ahead Together conference, which brings together a community of professionals and family members with experience of acquired brain injury, with the mission of driving best practice for families following brain injury. The Ahead Together conference reached the finals of the Law Society Excellence awards.
