Richard, a partner at RWK Goodman solicitors, has specialised in clinical negligence claims on behalf of claimants since 1997.
Richard is accredited under the Law Society Clinical Negligence Accreditation Scheme and sits on the Action against Medical Accidents (AvMA) Specialist Clinical Negligence Panel. He is also one of the national brain injury charity Headway’s approved personal injury solicitors, and holds Senior Litigator status with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
Richard has given lectures on clinical negligence law and has been interviewed on local radio as well as TV.
In his spare time Richard enjoys travel, skiing and is an avid football fan of his beloved Wolves!
He is currently the Treasurer of the Bucks, Berks and Oxon Inc Law Society and has been a committee member of the Society since 2008.
