Josephine is a senior associate family solicitor based in Stowe Family Law’s Oxford office, with experience in a wide range of private family law matters.
Josephine is experienced in a wide range of private family law matters, including divorce and finances, cohabitation matters, domestic abuse and private children. In addition to this, Josephine is also well-versed in pre- and post-nuptial agreements, as well as cohabitation and separation agreements.
Josephine has a degree in Politics from Goldsmiths University and completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course at Oxford Brookes University.
She qualified as a solicitor in 2018 and has specialised in family law since the start of her career. Prior to joining Stowe Family Law in May 2024, Josephine worked for firms in Oxfordshire and Warwickshire.
Josephine joined the BB&O committee early 2023, became vice president in November 2023, and then president in November 2024. As president, she is focusing on getting the society more active again.
