Jonathan was admitted as a solicitor in 1990 after completing his articles (training contract) with Horwood & James. He became a Partner at the firm in January 2002. With extensive expertise in Employment Law, Jonathan regularly represents both individual and commercial clients before Employment Tribunals. His practice covers contentious matters such as unfair dismissal, redundancy, breach of contract, and discrimination, as well as a wide range of non-contentious issues.
In addition to his employment law work, Jonathan has significant experience in commercial, landlord and tenant, and general civil litigation.
He has been actively involved in the BBO for 20 years serving 2 years as President.
Outside of work, Jonathan is an passionate hockey player.
