

Beth Hancock is a solicitor practising in children law at Boardman, Hawkins & Osborne LLP (BH&O LLP).
Beth undertakes work on a range of private children disputes, including those which feature allegations of harm, special educational needs (SEN), neurodivergence and domestic abuse. Beth also advises and represents parents in cases involving social services. This includes in non-accidental injury work and cases being heard in the Family Drug & Alcohol Court (FDAC). Beth has also received regular instruction by the Official Solicitor on behalf of clients lacking litigation capacity.
Alongside this, Beth is developing a practice in adoption proceedings, and is working closely with the BH&O’s adoption specialist, Emily Boardman.
